Phone numbers are also listed privately on cleaner profiles and are only available to subscribed households. Households may contact cleaners via their listed phone number. (Please note:Cleaner phone numbers are not listed publicly.)
For Households - Once you have registered yourself as a household and payment has been received your household profile will then be visible on the Hellocleaner website. The household will then be able to contact cleaners via their direct email address by selecting the "Contact" button on the cleaners profile. Households may also contact cleaners via their listed phone number. Once households have registered, they can contact as many cleaners as they wish and cleaners have the option to do the same also.
Cleaners need to fill in the registration form describing their skills and availability. Households can search through the cleaner's profiles to find what they are after and contact them via their direct email address or listed phone number.
The term household is the easiest way to describe a home, because a household could be a person or persons that are single or a couple, young or retiree, or a family looking for a cleaner. They could be living in a house, townhouse, apartment or unit so we decided to use the term ‘household' to refer to everyone.
It is up to you how often you log into Hellocleaner but remember as your circumstances change so should your profile. If you are actively seeking a household or cleaner then it would be advisable to log on as much as possible to contact as many cleaners or households as you desire. Or you can just sit back and wait for cleaners or households to email you direct!
Just log onto the site using your email and password. This will open your account page. Then click 'edit', alter the relevant fields, and then click 'save'.
Your personal details surname and address are never shown on the site. Registered cleaners or households will have access to your email address and phone number (privately listed) when they contact you direct through your profile on the Hellocleaner website. No other information is given to any member seeking to contact you but once you reply to households or cleaners, you may choose to give your details.
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Private domestic cleaner rates vary but a typical hourly rate should be between $20-$30. This rate would also be dependent on cleaning requirements and amount of work required.
